Venues and sections

Every show runs in one of four venue layouts — amphitheater, arena, medium venue, or small venue. Each has its own seating map. You pick specific sections at checkout, and each maps to a spawn zone inside the show experience.

Ticket tiers

Sections are grouped into tiers (Floor, Lower, Upper, Back). A higher tier only adds perks — priority spawns, cosmetic trails, backstage areas. Each section shows how many spots remain.

What a ticket reserves

A ticket reserves a slot in a live instance of the show experience for your linked Roblox account.

• Arrive up to 15 minutes early — the pre-show lobby opens then.
• If every instance is full, you wait in an overflow lobby with the live audio feed.
• Missing the live show does not refund the ticket, but badges and cosmetics still apply.

Refunds

Non-refundable once purchased unless Nodeline cancels or reschedules, in which case refunds are automatic.
